description:

Weekly Steps shows your last 7 days of steps at a glance — on your iPhone, on your Apple Watch face, and in widgets wherever you look. See today's steps, your weekly total and your weekly average, plus a color-coded bar chart with your daily goal line. Green means you hit your goal, orange means close, red means below — and your record day stands out in blue. On iPhone: • A clean summary of today, this week and your 7-day average • Switch between a 1-week view and a scrollable 12-week history • Home screen widgets (small and medium) with today's count, weekly average and the 7-day chart • Lock screen widgets: today's steps, weekly average ring, and a compact chart • Light, dark or automatic appearance On Apple Watch: • Modular Duo: today's numbers on top, the full chart below • Rectangular faces: today, weekly average and the 7-day chart • Circular and corner faces: a progress ring or arc toward your goal • Inline: a quick one-line summary • Ring, corner and inline complications can show today's steps or your weekly average Set your daily goal from 5K to 20K once — it stays in sync between your iPhone and Apple Watch. Your data stays on your device. Weekly Steps reads step data from Health only and never sends it anywhere.
