WHY TEMPO MATTERS
Lifting to a set tempo — a slow lowering phase, a controlled lift, a pause — is one of the simplest ways to make every rep count. But keeping that tempo in your head while you work through a hard set is almost impossible. RepEcho does the counting for you. It beeps and vibrates on every phase, so all you have to do is move with the beat.
SET A TEMPO LIKE 3-1-2
Use the classic tempo notation: lowering, pause at the bottom, lifting, pause at the top. Dial in something like 3-1-2 and RepEcho marks each phase with a clear cue. Your rep stays smooth and controlled from top to bottom.
SETS, REPS AND REST — TAKEN CARE OF
Build a workout as a list of exercises, each with its own tempo, target reps, sets and rest. RepEcho counts your reps, then runs the rest timer automatically between sets, so you always know exactly when to go again. Add or trim rest on the fly with one tap.
STAY ON THE BEAT, PHONE IN YOUR POCKET
A Live Activity keeps your current set, rep and rest countdown right on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Leave your phone down and just listen — every beep is your cue.
TEMPO PRESETS TO START IN SECONDS
Presets for squats, push-ups, deadlifts, rows, curls and more get you moving right away. Or set your own tempo, reps, sets and rest for anything.
CUES THAT WORK ANYWHERE
Choose beeps, clicks, a spoken rep count, or go fully silent and train by haptics alone. Add a sub-beat each second and a 3-2-1 count-in if you like.
SIMPLE AND PRIVATE
No account, no sign-up. Everything stays on your device.
RepEcho is a training aid: you choose your weights, your reps and your tempo — it keeps the beat. It is not medical or fitness advice.
