Your personal inbox has a booking confirmation. Your work inbox has a question. A third address has the receipt you need right now. Spark's useful starting point is simply having those doors open in one place. Our small-category fit is a calmer working day: someone handling several accounts who wants a deliberate routine for dealing with incoming mail.
What the documents support
Readdle's help page puts multiple accounts, a unified inbox, several inbox views, snooze, scheduled sending and reminders in Spark Free. Those are the capabilities to evaluate before getting distracted by the newer AI tools. A postponed message and a scheduled reply solve different problems: one brings something back to your attention; the other changes when somebody else receives your message. Spark's subscription guide describes both within its free offering.
The AppleApps take is that this is a better shortlist candidate when you can name a recurring email chore. “I keep forgetting the messages I cannot answer yet” is a useful reason to investigate snooze. “I want a smarter inbox” is too vague to tell you whether a subscription helped.
Spark manages existing email addresses rather than issuing you a new mailbox. Its policy says the first login creates a Spark account, and other addresses can be added. It also explains that email and calendar information may be processed on Spark's systems for features such as shared drafts and Send Later. That connection matters when the mailbox belongs to an employer. Check their rules before authorising another mail client. Spark App privacy policy
The cost boundary
The current pricing page separates Free, Plus and Pro. It lists Plus at US$10 per user monthly or US$99 annually, and Pro at US$20 monthly or US$199 annually. Annual equivalents are not monthly billing promises. AI tools and advanced collaboration have plan boundaries, and some workflow features are explicitly marked as coming soon. Pay for the tools available for your job today. Confirm your actual in-app price, renewal period and any trial conversion before subscribing.
